Exploring Singapore

On the way home from Krabi, we decided to stop for a few days in Singapore. I've transitted through there many times before, but never actually stopped to look around.

I'm not all that keen on big cities, so I wasn't expecting a lot, but Grace has been there a couple of times before and she quite enjoyed it, so I was approaching it with an open mind.

I can't say that I loved it, but it was certainly worth the stop over - particularly the National Museum, it had a great display on the History of Singapore that I really enjoyed.

Another place I really liked was the famous Hawker Eatery Lau Pa Sat. It was just a short walk from our Hotel (The Mercure Icon - Singapore City Centre) so we vsited quite a few times.
